The OASIS Forecast software is an interfacing program providing screening of chemicals by making use of QSAR models. Presently, models are available for BCF (accounting for molecular crossectional diamters), logKow, acute toxicity, phototoxicity, estrogen/androgen binding affinity and mutagenicity. The system is flexible in terms of its ability to be employed as an expert-system shell for implementing subsequently derived QSARs or such derived by other laboratories. OASIS_Forecast is unique in term of accounting for conformational flexibility of chemicals during the screening.
